1. Using MIR CARS

MIR CARS provides premium daily vehicle rentals in Los Angeles, California. Vehicle availability, pricing, pickup details, and booking requirements may vary by vehicle, rental length, and schedule. MIR CARS may approve, decline, modify, or cancel a booking request if rental requirements are not met or if a vehicle becomes unavailable.

2. Driver requirements

Renters must be at least 21 years old unless MIR CARS approves otherwise in writing. A valid driver's license and a matching payment method are required at pickup. The renter is responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid insurance coverage applicable to the rental and must present proof at pickup before the vehicle is released. MIR CARS may request additional verification before confirming or releasing a vehicle.

3. Insurance

Insurance is not included in a MIR CARS reservation or rental price unless MIR CARS separately confirms otherwise in writing for the specific booking. The renter is responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid insurance coverage applicable to the rental vehicle and for presenting proof at pickup before the vehicle is released. Online submission of proof is not required as part of the booking process.

Availability, eligibility, price, provider terms, limits, exclusions, and other conditions, if applicable, must be separately communicated and confirmed. A WhatsApp or Telegram conversation, booking request, reservation confirmation, document upload, or payment does not by itself confirm or activate insurance coverage.

4. Booking, payment, and deposit

Rental pricing, taxes, fees, deposits, and card authorizations may vary by vehicle class, rental length, and booking details. Displayed rental prices do not include insurance unless MIR CARS separately confirms otherwise in writing for the specific booking. A refundable deposit or card authorization may be required before or at pickup. The renter is responsible for all approved rental charges, additional fees, and any amounts owed after the vehicle is returned.

5. Mileage

Daily rentals include 150 miles unless a different mileage allowance is confirmed in writing. Additional mileage is billed after return at the listed overage rate.

6. Fuel and return

Vehicles should be returned on time and with the same fuel level as at pickup unless otherwise confirmed. Late returns, low fuel, or failure to follow return instructions may result in additional charges.

7. Vehicle care and prohibited use

Renters must take reasonable care of the vehicle. Smoking, racing, reckless driving, off-road use, illegal activity, towing, subleasing, and use by unauthorized drivers are not allowed. Pets require prior approval. Cleaning, smoking, damage, late return, and misuse fees may apply.

8. Tickets, tolls, and violations

The renter is responsible for parking tickets, tolls, traffic violations, impound fees, towing charges, administrative fees, and any related costs that occur during the rental period.

9. Damage, loss, and cleaning

The renter may be responsible for damage, loss, missing items, excessive wear, cleaning, smoking odor, stains, or other issues discovered during or after the rental. MIR CARS may document the vehicle condition before and after each rental. Presenting proof of insurance does not eliminate or limit the renter's contractual responsibilities under these Terms of Service or the applicable rental agreement.

10. Changes, extensions, and cancellations

Rental changes and extensions must be requested before the scheduled return time and are subject to vehicle availability and MIR CARS approval. Cancellation rules may vary by booking and will be communicated during the booking process when applicable.

11. Website information

MIR CARS tries to keep website information accurate, but vehicle availability, pricing, images, descriptions, and policies may change without notice. Website content is provided for general information and does not guarantee that a specific vehicle or booking option will be available.

12. Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MIR CARS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or rental services. Nothing in these terms limits responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Updates to these terms

MIR CARS may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or rental services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
